Start your day right with an energizing Early Bird yoga practice. Lou is trained in Iyengar style precision alignment and specializes in therapeutic instruction.
TUESDAY AM
Time: 10 am - 11:15am; $8.00
Teacher: Barb
Iyengar influenced progressive style for all levels. Barb will work skillfully with you at your level, each individually as needed.
